Meet Noel

For prospective homeowners and investors, there are so many reasons to purchase real estate. For Noel Alvarez and her team, her mission is to help her clients break the barriers of homeownership and become real estate investors. Primarily serving Orange County and the surrounding area, Noel has many years of experience connecting clients to their dream homes and helping them navigate the real estate market. 

 

Born and raised in Orange County, Noel is a real estate expert with a lifetime of area expertise of Southern California’s most prominent counties. She has a wealth of experience throughout all aspects of the real estate industry, from the corporate level to building a real estate startup. After mastering the practical and technological aspects of the industry, Noel and her husband Pedro built a real estate team where they can continue making a positive impact for their clients. Noel has become an industry leader who advocates for her clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction from start to finish.  

 

For Noel, her goals are straightforward: help her clients achieve their real estate goals. Whether they dream of being the first members of their family to own a home or they’re ready to purchase their first investment property, Noel and her team will guide their clients through every step of the process. Together, with Pedro and the rest of their team, Noel hopes to inspire, educate, and empower their clients.  

 

While Noel works with many buyers and sellers throughout Southern California, she primarily specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and investors in Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties. 

 

When she isn’t coaching her clients on making sound real estate investments, you can find Noel spending quality time with her husband and business partner Pedro, hanging out with her dog Dallas, going to festivals and concerts, hiking, taking cooking classes, and jet-setting around the world.
