Primarily serving Orange County and the surrounding area, Pedro is an industry leader with many years of real estate experience.  

Born and raised in Long Beach, Pedro is a premier real estate agent with many years of industry and area expertise within Southern California’s fast-paced real estate market. Dedicated and competitive, Pedro has been a full-time real estate agent since 2013. Through hard work and determination, he and his wife Noel have earned many industry awards and recognitions, including the Exceptional Growth Award, the Top Producer Award, and the Top Units Sold Award. In addition to his many accolades, Pedro and his wife are building an exceptional real estate team, whose mission is to advocate for their clients through real estate. 

For Pedro, one of the most important aspects of real estate is building relationships with his clients. He and his team accomplish this through market expertise, straightforward communication, networking, and five-star customer service. Above all else, Pedro leads with integrity for himself and for his business, building rapport with his clients. By building his business on such a solid foundation, he and his wife Noel receive the majority of their work through repeat clients and referrals. Together, with Noel and the rest of their team, Pedro’s mission is to educate and empower their clients, guiding them through every step of the real estate transaction, from the first meeting to the closing table, with those relationships staying strong well beyond closing day. 

While Pedro works with many clients throughout Southern California, he primarily focuses on buyer and seller transactions in Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties. Pedro is a top-tier negotiator who works tirelessly to make sure his clients are getting the best deal possible, whether he’s working with first-time buyers or sellers to get top dollar for their listings. He is also bilingual, able to fluently communicate in both English and Spanish.

Pedro is incredibly active both inside and outside of his thriving real estate business. When he isn’t negotiating deals and marketing his listings, you can find Pedro living life to the fullest. His favorite hobbies include fishing, hiking, camping, working out, playing sports, heading to the beach, and traveling. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife Noel and their dog Dallas.
